Requirements
Must:

- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience in related field)
Responsibilities
- Work independently or with minimal direction
- Provide in-person and remote technical support for end-user hardware and software
- Execute endpoint security protocols
- Implement and ensure compliance with PC and mobile device policies and standards
- Act as a liaison between customers and escalation teams
- Operate in diverse platform environments on various projects
- Mentor and guide junior IT Enterprise Specialists
- Potentially lead project teams or groups
- Assist users in understanding the operation of standard hardware and software
- Adhere to established Service Level Agreements and project objectives
- Minimize errors that could disrupt operations or incur significant costs
