Must:
- 5+ years of practical AWS experience (GovCloud highly preferred) - Proficient in Linux systems administration - Skilled in IAM and least-privilege access controls with secure configuration - Expertise in Git workflows and contemporary CI/CD pipelines - Experience with managing SSL/TLS certificates in cloud environments - Familiar with REST APIs and scripting languages (Python preferred) - Knowledge of vulnerability management and secure system operations - Background in regulated federal environments (VA, DoD, HHS, etc.) - U.S. Citizen eligible for Public Trust - AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain AWS GovCloud infrastructure (EC2, IAM, networking, storage) - Oversee secure Linux-based environments - Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines - Execute Git branching and code promotion processes - Facilitate secure application deployments in DEV, testing, and pre-production stages - Handle SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle and ensure secure communications (e.g., Venafi, DigiCert) - Assist with REST API integrations and automation scripting - Engage in vulnerability remediation and coordinate patching efforts - Conduct operational monitoring and troubleshooting - Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures - Collaborate with federal partners and stakeholders - Provide operational support for databases (e.g., MongoDB, DocumentDB, Lambda, SQL)
