Requirements
Must:
- TS/SCI clearance required, FS Poly preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Chief Security Solutions Officer (CSSO) within DoD, Intelligence Community, or other US Government agencies
- Familiarity with NISPOM and ICD guidelines
- Background in one or more security disciplines: Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, Protective, or Operational, with a readiness to develop skills in all areas
- Expertise in building, accrediting, and managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs)
- Experience in drafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals
- Working knowledge of security management databases including JPAS, DISS, e-QUIP, and ACCS/SIMS
- CSSO Certification
- PSO and SSO training and certification preferred
- COMSEC Custodian Certificate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Security Administration functions to ensure adherence to all applicable government security regulations
- Provide support for all security-related tasks as outlined in Intelligence Community Directives and associated government security policies
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with federal clients and their security offices for clearance and access processing
- Compile and submit written reports for surveys and inspections, maintaining documentation as required by government standards
- Prepare Visit Authorization Requests and manage the completion of necessary clearance forms for employees, candidates, and consultants
- Develop and deliver security briefings for new hires, as well as conduct exit interviews and debriefs
- Manage visitor control systems for SCIF operations
