Vice President of IT and Analytics

- Oversee the internal Development team responsible for proprietary, custom-built business systems - Manage the roadmap, scalability, and lifecycle of internal applications - Establish and maintain development standards, documentation practices, release governance, and security controls - Align custom system improvements with operational efficiency and revenue goals - Ensure secure architecture, access controls, and data integrity on proprietary platforms - Define and implement the enterprise IT roadmap to align with business growth and operational scalability - Lead change initiatives related to technology integrations, workflow redesign, and process automation - Drive integration strategies during acquisitions, consolidations, and expansions - Standardize systems, policies, and processes across newly integrated entities - Identify and mitigate redundant systems through consolidation and modernization - Optimize technology architecture to support multi-entity operations - Lead transformation initiatives across HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal departments - Collaborate with business development and client services to provide exceptional technology and analytics solutions - Oversee operations related to network, server, cloud, and endpoint management - Ensure high system availability, resilience, and performance optimization - Manage IT service management, help desk operations, and device lifecycle oversight - Develop measurable SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics - Implement automation processes for onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning workflows - Own the enterprise security strategy, including identity governance and monitoring - Lead responses to security audits, vendor risk assessments, and compliance measures - Develop policies and controls that meet regulatory and client security requirements - Manage enterprise data pipelines and integration architecture - Ensure reliable data movement and establish scalable data warehousing - Lead the Analytics function as a strategic capability, executing the data and analytics strategy - Oversee the creation of executive dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives - Promote data democratization and empower cross-functional teams with self-service analytics
