Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Preferred degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
- Six or more years of experience in programming or data analysis
- Proficient in data administration, repository management, database creation techniques, and data warehousing standards and tools
- Experience in HEDIS, Health Quality, and Population Health Management
- Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HEDIS data from various sources
- Knowledge of current HEDIS specifications and compliance reporting requirements
- Familiarity with database and statistical software used in the company
- Experienced with security software, domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures
- Competent in relevant programming languages and relational databases for database management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Skilled in configuring and installing various operating systems and application software
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases and validation checks
- Review and edit data requirements and documentation to meet standards
- Monitor standards and procedures, suggesting revisions as needed
- Apply data analysis or modeling techniques to enhance data structures
- Investigate and resolve significant technical issues within databases
- Provide direction and support to less experienced team members
- Train staff on data modeling techniques and their application in systems
- Research business objectives and data needs to align databases accordingly
- Communicate with clients regarding data discrepancies and significant issues
