Requirements
Must:
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with over 5 years of relevant experience.
- More than 5 years of practical full stack development expertise using React, Java 17+, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Proven experience in system architecture, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability for large-scale products.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Solid understanding of Java design patterns and data structures.
- Proficient in automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Advanced understanding of agile practices, application resilience, and security measures.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and shifting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and debug innovative software solutions, challenging traditional methods.
- Craft secure, high-quality production code and uphold solid algorithms.
- Create architectural and design documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Analyze large, varied data sets to generate visual representations and reports for ongoing enhancements.
- Uncover hidden issues and trends in data to improve code quality and system architecture.
- Automate the resolution of recurring issues to enhance operational consistency.
- Advocate for communities of practice to foster the adoption of new technologies.
