Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies
- Strong programming skills for building production solutions
- Experience working within an Agile Scrum team
- Familiarity with event-driven and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control (IoC)
- Capability to develop software solutions from the ground up
- Understanding of cryptographic certificates and security standards
- Ability to work independently across varied requirements
- Extensive experience in C# and .NET (including .NET Core/.NET 6+)
- Experience with frontend development using React
- Strong grasp of Agile Scrum principles including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Proficient in system design patterns (e.g., Factory, Repository, Mediator)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with overall software architecture for products and solutions
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to communicate design proposals and negotiate at senior management levels
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in Software Technology within an Agile environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver software solutions
- Design and develop C# and .NET applications
- Engage in front-end development tasks using React
- Implement best practices in event-driven and asynchronous programming
- Apply system design patterns to ensure scalability and reliability
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members
- Communicate effectively about product architecture and design options
- Assume ownership of feature delivery and self-management
