Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Analytics roles
- Strong knowledge of the financial services or Payments sector
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets using programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or Spark
- Familiarity with data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Cognos/BO, SAS/R
- Experience in applying machine learning techniques and advanced analytics, including regression, classification, clustering, time series, causal inference, and natural language processing
- Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analysis to uncover strategic opportunities within the Payments Digital & Design Product business
- Analyze large datasets, including scoping, gathering, wrangling, and visualization
- Automate analyses into dashboards and analytics products for Payments Digital & Design teams and senior management, enhancing customer experiences
- Support the development of machine learning algorithms and communicate results across various audiences
- Evaluate new data sources and analytical techniques
- Collaborate with Data Science and Technology partners to implement scalable data solutions using product design and management principles
- Uphold the teams standards of excellence by demonstrating professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity, and ethical conduct
