Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics
- At least 2 years of experience in systems integration
- Proficiency in optics and computer vision
- Hands-on experience with robotic and AI vision systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments
- Willingness to commute to Shepherdsville, KY
- Ready to relocate to Shepherdsville, KY before commencing work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to create, test, and implement advanced systems
- Integrate robotic and AI-driven vision systems for outdoor material handling tasks
- Work on hardware and software design for automation within rail environments
- Utilize knowledge of optics and computer vision in practical applications
- Develop, test, and validate the performance of systems in real-world outdoor conditions
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and swiftly iterate solutions
- Collaborate closely with fellow engineers and field personnel to ensure successful deployments
- Maintain thorough documentation and assist in scaling implemented solutions
