Requirements

Must:
- Embody characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability. - Bachelors degree (four-year). - At least five years of progressive IT project management experience, with a minimum of four years in healthcare IT settings. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale, intricate, cross-functional enterprise projects. - Familiarity with healthcare systems like EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, and cybersecurity programs. - Strong comprehension of clinical and operational workflows in healthcare environments. - Project management certifications preferred (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP) with practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. - Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). - Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects amidst competing priorities. - Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities with a strong executive presence. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. - Experience in managing change initiatives and applying formal change management practices. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, uncertain environments. - Commitment to ongoing learning and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

- Exemplify and convey the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way. - Acquire a solid understanding of BAYADAs mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures. - Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. - Create comprehensive project charters, business cases, scope documents, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies. - Establish clear success criteria, Key Performance Indicators, and post-deployment validation plans. - Manage project finances, including forecasts, budget tracking, and return on investment assessments. - Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). - Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and lifecycle management. - Provide accurate and timely updates to leadership and steering committees. - Act as a liaison among business leaders, sponsoring practices, IT teams, and executive leadership. - Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings. - Simplify complex technical concepts into accessible business terminology for non-technical stakeholders. - Assist stakeholders in formulating business cases and project proposals. - Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, vendors, and clinical informatics experts. - Delegate responsibilities, oversee resource allocation, and remove barriers to delivery. - Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous enhancement. - Aid in the request for proposal processes and vendor selection. - Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, budgets, service level agreements, and contractual compliance. - Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution. - Identify opportunities for enhancing project delivery standards and PMO tools. - Participate in enterprise-level process improvement initiatives. - Contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of project documentation templates and workflows. - Perform related duties as assigned or requested by the supervisor.
