Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required (preferably in early education)
- Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject taught
- Ability to differentiate instruction and engage students in challenging content
- Capacity to foster a positive classroom environment and build relationships with students
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
- Openness to feedback and dedication to continuous personal and professional growth
- Creativity in instruction and classroom management strategies

- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude towards challenges
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom management and support
- Provide academic support and tutoring to students
- Help classroom teachers with events, laboratory sessions, and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers to evaluate student progress
- Proctor assessments as needed
- Oversee and manage students during non-instructional time, including Early Bird and Late Bird supervision, as well as Lunch Monitor responsibilities
- Monitor and facilitate student study groups
- Coordinate homework and assignments for students who are absent
- Support Directors of Student Affairs and Deans in managing student behavior and discipline
- Assist Directors of Academic Programs in implementing key educational initiatives
