Senior AI Engineer

- Masters degree in computer science, data science, or statistics with a strong emphasis on marketing (required) - Ph.D. in Computer Science or marketing with a focus on statistics (preferred) - Minimum of 6 years experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Applied Data Science with 2 years of practical experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production or scaled pilots - Proven ability to convert business challenges into AI use cases that yield measurable results (e.g., revenue enhancement, cost reduction, optimization of spending, automation) - Experience supporting commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or Finance with AI-driven or data-driven insights - In-depth understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, knowledge graph retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning and orchestration - Knowledge of traditional machine learning methods to supplement Generative AI (forecasting, predictions, classification, optimization) - Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks that assess accuracy, relevance, hallucination risks, and business impact - Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing dynamics including customer segmentation, targeting, pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and demand variability - Ability to connect AI outcomes to financial metrics such as revenue enhancements, margin optimization, inventory management, and cost reductions - Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems, including both structured and unstructured data, as well as CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms - Knowledge of cloud-based AI deployment environments - Awareness of data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices, especially for customer-facing or sensitive commercial applications
