Must:

- A strong background in software development, particularly in C++
- Experience in a Linux software development environment
- Familiarity with software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proven ability to develop, lead, and inspire technical teams
- Self-motivated individuals with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Level Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a technical lead, mentoring your team, and presenting technical designs at meetings with customers.
- Analyzing, designing, coding, and modifying complex software designs, typically in C++ for various systems or subsystems.
- Evaluating intricate software designs to identify potential issues.
- Maintaining open communication with management regarding the function’s progress and outcomes.
- Adapting existing processes and implementing new techniques to enhance effectiveness while minimizing design and product costs.
- Providing top-tier technical leadership in your assigned design areas, including the exploration and implementation of promising new technologies.
- Ensuring effective communication among engineers, management, and all stakeholders in the architecture and design processes.
