Requirements
Must:
- Higher education (Degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics.
- At least eight (8) years of experience in enterprise application development and integration.
- A minimum of six (6) years specifically working with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, and the Power Platform.
- Proven experience of at least 24 months performing work at the Power Platform Developer Associate level.
- Proficiency in languages including C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL/T-SQL, Power Fx, DAX, and M.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and SharePoint Online.
- Must possess a valid Secret-level security clearance or be eligible for a PSPC (formerly PWGSC) Secret clearance with the Government of Canada.
- Preferred certifications include PL-300 (Power BI), PL-400 (Developer), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), or MB-400, as well as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Security Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Design star schemas, relationships, and advanced calculations using DAX and M (Power Query) in Power BI while optimizing performance with tools like Performance Analyzer.
- Build sophisticated Model-Driven and Canvas applications; formulate Dataverse schemas, business rules, and custom JavaScript/PCF controls.
- Develop complex Cloud Flows in Power Automate, ensuring robust error handling; integrate Power Platform with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions) and Microsoft Graph API.
- Implement Azure governance, RBAC, and security policies; manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in multiple environments.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to conduct fit-gap analysis and ensure requirements traceability through system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and final deployment.
