Junior Developer with AI Support

This role offers hands-on development experience, mentorship, and exposure to real AI systems. You will collaborate with engineers and leadership, helping to create, test, and deploy intelligent solutions that drive sales, underwriting, and operations. As part of our team at B2B, you will engage with AI daily in a genuine fintech environment rather than just academic scenarios. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced developers, product leaders, and founders, and be a part of our global expansion from Puerto Rico to the U.S. and Europe.
