System Engineer - Cloud & Networking

- Act as the technical authority for enterprise identity and access management within Platform One - Lead the transition from Keycloak to the DAF ICAM (Okta-based) identity solution - Ensure identity services support federated access, RBAC, ABAC, and collaborative mission partner integration - Provide insights on identity architecture affecting security, usability, and interoperability - Align identity implementations with DoD, DAF, and zero trust standards - Architect the cloud-based network transport for Platform One resources across various environments - Implement zero trust principles governing identity, networking, and access control - Secure service-to-service communication while enforcing least-privilege access across platforms - Work with security and networking teams to enhance the enterprise zero trust framework - Oversee technical aspects for centrally managed enterprise services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security - Ensure compliance of enterprise services with approved Authority to Operate (ATO) conditions - Support audits and cybersecurity assessments regarding identity and networking frameworks - Advise the Enterprise Services Product Manager on capability roadmap and architectural strategies - Collaborate with other Platform One teams to ensure successful integration of enterprise services - Communicate complex identity and security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
