Requirements

Responsibilities
- Set quality benchmarks for products and processes, recommending adjustments to avoid defects
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product design, management, and production to identify and address quality risks
- Conduct audits on production processes, raw materials, or vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or quality failures
- Ensure adherence to formal external quality standards, like ISO 9001, where applicable
