Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Over 8 years of experience in IT networking
- Relevant industry or professional certifications are preferred
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Occasional travel may be necessary
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis, including defining requirements and assessing costs and benefits
- Review, plan, and implement computing systems; troubleshoot and recommend enhancements
- Provide documentation and manage project tracking; lead projects as assigned
- Engage in evaluations of new technologies related to information systems
- Support Systems Analysts and Network Administrators with technical issues
- Coordinate regional and global project efforts
- Define and update standard operating procedures and validation plans as needed
- Create project status reports to communicate progress to management
- Identify issues requiring escalation for resolution
- Offer advanced user support
- Monitor system alerts from operational monitoring tools
- Oversee activities with service providers and vendors involved in installation and maintenance
