Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Demonstrated proficiency with various laboratory software solutions including BIOVIA, LabX, STARe, SOLIDWORKS Manage, testXpert, WinKQCL, and Empower.
- Strong project management skills to oversee system upgrades and cross-functional implementations.
- Familiarity with regulated industry documentation practices, including the ability to author and review compliance documents such as URS and change control requests.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and to travel as needed for business purposes.
- Valid drivers license and passport required.
- Capability to adapt to non-standard work schedules and on-call duties as needed.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of laboratory processes in a regulated environment.
- Experience providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders and resolving issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of laboratory informatics systems in a regulated setting.
- Serve as a key liaison between laboratory operations, IT, quality assurance, and external vendors to enhance system functionality and data integrity.
- Manage user access to software solutions while ensuring validated system states.
- Support audits and inspections as needed and troubleshoot any technical issues affecting laboratory workflows.
- Conduct periodic compliance activities and maintain necessary documentation for validated systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure reliable software performance and efficient issue resolution.
- Apply standard engineering techniques to analyze and enhance existing systems or develop new projects as necessary.
- Contribute to cross-functional implementation activities and coordinate updates and patches for laboratory software.
