Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Proficient in full stack software development utilizing languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with encryption and cybersecurity techniques.
- Strong understanding of Windows server environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in training and mentoring peers is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills to problem-solve day-to-day issues.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Willingness to travel for business as needed.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and market requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Engage in full stack software development across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with testing teams to establish software verification and validation strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry practices and integrate them to shape action plans.
- Be ready to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
