Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Proficient in multiple programming languages including C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Experience in low-level WiFi development with an understanding of LTE and IT network configurations
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to translate customer and marketing requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with software development in embedded Linux environments
- Proven skills in debugging and troubleshooting down to the hardware level
- Understanding of encryption and cybersecurity techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with peers and teams
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for a variety of wireless devices such as WiFi, BLE, and LTE
- Design software architecture in line with project demands and hardware specifications
- Create and modify code primarily in C++
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality
- Collaborate with testers to establish software verification and validation plans
- Advise and educate on cybersecurity measures and encryption practices
- Participate in ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing software systems.
- Continuously refine system requirements into actionable development specifications
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor when necessary
- Maintain regular attendance and occasional travel as required
