Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of Business Analysis experience, including senior-level responsibilities
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, team lead, or management role (direct or indirect)
- Extensive knowledge in requirements lifecycle management, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record in leading large, complex initiatives within regulated environments
- Experience within SDLC frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Business Analysts, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Provide oversight, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads across multiple BA resources and initiatives
- Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis deliverables
- Serve as the escalation point for intricate requirements, stakeholder conflicts, and decision-making
- Define and implement business analysis frameworks, governance models, and standards for effective requirements management
- Establish procedures for requirements reviews, approvals, change control, and prioritization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of business analysis
- Manage business analysis planning to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders throughout the organization
- Facilitate high-impact workshops, executive-level discussions, and sessions for cross-functional alignment
- Influence decision-making and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure transparent communication and mutual understanding of business needs and solution approaches
- Oversee the complete requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and approval
- Ensure traceability, consistency, and alignment of requirements across various initiatives
- Review and validate complex business and technical requirements for quality and completeness
- Assist teams in defining solution options and aligning requirements with business value
- Lead business process analysis to identify optimization, automation, and transformation opportunities
- Promote alignment between business needs and technology solutions, including vendor SaaS platforms
- Ensure that delivered solutions comply with regulatory, operational, and business requirements
- Encourage the reuse of requirements, artifacts, and best practices across projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA, and Development teams to guarantee successful delivery
- Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies within the SDLC
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts related to requirements and scope
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership concerning project and BA performance
