Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) development
- Familiarity with CSI Cloud environments, understanding the distinctions from on-prem installations
- Proficient with IDOs, form scripting, events, and SyteLine architecture
- Solid experience in SQL Server, including querying, writing stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Proficient in C#, .NET, or related programming languages
- Working knowledge of Windows environments and basic IT support tasks
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations within Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine – Cloud)
- Build and support IDOs, forms, events, and extensions within CSI
- Develop and maintain integrations between SyteLine and external systems
- Work with data across CSI Cloud, on-prem SQL Server, and Azure-hosted databases
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
- Create internal tools and services utilizing C#, .NET, or similar technologies
- Lead automation initiatives for ERP and business processes
- Assist with light internal IT support tasks, including user account management (Active Directory / Office 365)
- Troubleshoot workstation, printer, and scanner issues
- Coordinate with managed IT provider for escalations
- Address minor day-to-day requests such as printer labels and configuration changes
- Collaborate with Microsoft technologies (Azure, APIs, Power Automate, etc.)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
