Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in UX Research within corporate or agile environments
- Bachelors degree in Human Factors, HCI, or a similar field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and UX tools (Qualtrics, UserZoom)
- Strong analytical capabilities, storytelling ability, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and impacting business decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead intricate research projects aimed at enhancing digital insurance experiences
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research including usability tests, surveys, interviews, and card sorting activities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights to guide business strategies
- Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders, including senior executives
- Work alongside various teams to embed user insights into the product development strategy
Description
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher for a 6-month contract position, fully remote. In this role, you will independently plan and conduct research across our digital platforms to enhance user experiences for customers, agents, adjusters, call center representatives, and underwriters. You will collaborate with product, design, IT, and business teams to ensure that our solutions are centered around the user.
