Requirements

- Ability to identify unclear parts in documentation that require further discussion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a CCO Subject Matter Expert (SME) for General Reference by reviewing updates and changes from business partners.
- Investigate and resolve process issues, submitting updates with clear steps for incorporation into the General Reference tool.
- Seek enhancements to existing processes already integrated into the General Reference.
- Publish approved business process documents in the Front Page application for General Reference.
- Edit and format all information succinctly before publishing.
- Update the Whats New page to inform users of recent changes.
- Maintain an easily accessible archive for documented processes for later reference by the Law Department and others.
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word for documenting and tracking update requests.
- Assess current processes to identify which call guides require revisions and which can be eliminated.
- Provide innovative solutions when integrating communications and process steps for customer contact employees.
- Collaborate with team members on the How 2 Guides to ensure all processes are up-to-date in both reference tools.
- Act as a CCO expert to investigate, test, and address process issues reported to the General Reference mailbox.
- Respond to all inquiries in the mailbox within a single business day.
- Actively participate in safety programs and take a leadership role in promoting workplace safety.
- Proactively identify and correct safety hazards and unsafe work practices.
- Adhere to the code of safe practices and complete all required ergonomic and safety training by year-end.
Description
We are offering a 4-month contract position based in Oakland, CA, with a competitive pay of $45 per hour on a W2 basis. As a hybrid role, it requires local candidates residing in the Bay Area, with an expectation of on-site presence 1-2 times weekly. We provide a laptop for your use, while any additional equipment will be your responsibility. A cell phone is necessary, and with managerial approval, we reimburse a predetermined amount of your monthly cell expenses.
