Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or relevant equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong expertise in MS Access data management, including import/export and queries
- Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and modify limited VBA/Macro code
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication skills for articulating data analysis to diverse audiences
- Flexible mindset towards data evaluation and value-added suggestions
Responsibilities
- Initiate and oversee accountability for timely resolutions of requests from other business units
- Respond promptly and effectively to business inquiries
- Manage multiple workflows with overlapping schedules
- Evaluate and process requests for modifications to SharePoint data, including uploads and integration with Access databases
- Analyze and locate information pertaining to gas pipelines using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Review and annotate documentation concerning gas transmission and distribution pipelines as necessary
- Conduct extensive technical and data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues, presenting reports of corrective actions to team leadership
- Document all completed work in detailed and precise narratives
- Utilize software tools to enhance productivity and maintain work quality
- Follow and execute detailed processes guided by established protocols and staff direction
