Software Tester III - Testing

- Proven experience with Microsoft Databases technical stack - Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous - Ability to analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for creating detailed manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across various application and data platforms - Proficiency in validating data mapping, transformations, aggregations, and business rules across different systems and data layers - Competence in performing data integrity checks, reconciliations, and consistency validations using SQL and additional data validation methodologies - Skilled in testing and validating SSIS packages, ETL pipelines, and data extracts to verify accuracy and completeness - Experience in validating SSRS reports, BI outputs, and other deliverables to ensure they meet data warehouse standards and business needs - Expertise in developing and executing test cases for ETL processes, data transformations, batch jobs, and scheduled workflows, which includes error handling and logging - Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering test results, risk assessments, and recommendations - Experience in executing system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate healthcare workflows and data flows - Familiarity with tracking and managing defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps while collaborating with developers and data engineers - Capable of conducting manual testing for web applications, Windows desktop applications, backend/services, extracts, and reporting solutions - Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure compliance and support audit requirements - Maintains comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, defect reports, and sign-off documents to ensure quality assurance and audit support
