Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in human-computer interaction, human factors engineering, computer science, visual design, behavioral sciences, psychology, or a related field
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, along with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, SQL, database query techniques, and fundamental programming languages
- Familiarity with remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research to inform design processes and enhance user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Present research findings and design recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Develop and implement research strategies aligned with product objectives and key results
Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, on a contract basis for 12 months. This role will involve a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday).
