Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in product design and design principles
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Demonstrated experience crafting digital experiences for underwriters
- Strong understanding of white space utilization and overall design quality
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) is essential
- Required experience with large enterprise clients; agency background is acceptable
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; collaboration with Product Owners and engineers is necessary
- Deep understanding of customer-centric design and user research integration
- Excellent critical thinking abilities
- Experience with enterprise-level internal tools for underwriters is advantageous
- Proven ability to create user-centered design solutions focusing on usability and superior interaction design
- Skilled at generating comprehensive sketches and detailed design specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities

- Deliver the best digital quoting experience and establish digital as the primary channel for service and claims
- Collaborate with business, technical, and product leaders to understand business vision and objectives
- Participate in all stages of the design process, including conceptual design, storyboarding, and prototyping
- Advocate for users by identifying research needs, engaging in concept testing, and integrating feedback
- Focus on customer-facing digital products and internal tools for agents
- Integrate multiple perspectives and seek consistent feedback to enhance design outcomes
