Senior Scrum Master, Finance Tech

- Lead and oversee multiple cross-functional agile teams as a Scrum Master, ensuring compliance with agile methodologies and best practices. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to enhance transparency, inspection, and adaptation. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables for finance technology and AI initiatives. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables, recognizing risks and implementing strategies for mitigation. Elevate issues to stakeholders proactively and promptly. - Coach and guide team members in agile principles and practices, cultivating a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance team efficiency and delivery outcomes, utilizing data and KPIs. - Eliminate obstacles and protect the team from external distractions to ensure a focus on sprint objectives. - Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-prioritized and groomed product backlog. - Ensure that the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing comprehensive status reports. - Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency within the team and among stakeholders. - Track team progress and performance metrics, leveraging AI tools to assist in requirements gathering, user story creation, and refinement.
