Senior Scrum Master - Agile & Scrum Expertise

- Guide and supervise cross-functional agile teams as a Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to agile practices. - Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to enhance transparency and collaboration. - Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables for finance technology and AI initiatives. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies while proactively escalating issues to stakeholders when necessary. - Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and methodologies, promoting a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement. - Remove obstacles and protect the team from external interruptions, allowing them to focus on achieving sprint objectives. - Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-organized and prioritized product backlog. - Ensure team collaboration and efficiency in delivering high-quality products. - Communicate project status, risks, and concerns to stakeholders and senior management, providing detailed status updates. - Cultivate a culture of openness and collaboration within the team and among stakeholders. - Track team progress and performance metrics, utilizing AI tools to aid in requirements gathering, user story formulation, and refinement.
