Senior Product Designer

- Bachelors degree in human-computer interaction, human factors engineering, computer science, visual design, library sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - At least 3 years of experience in user experience design or interaction design. - Proficient working collaboratively with engineers in an agile environment from concept through execution. - Effective at collaborating across various disciplines, product lines, and time zones. - Experience with remote unmoderated and moderated testing tools. - Knowledge in creating responsive, adaptive, and accessible designs. - Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS and Android), desktop, and web platforms. - Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred. - 5 years of relevant UX experience preferred. - Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG 2.0 AA, localization, and inclusive design is advantageous. - Experience in both Product and DesignOps settings is a plus. - Strong skills in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC). - Understanding of frontend development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Advanced analytical skills to address complex data challenges. - Excellent organizational skills for managing intricate flows and wireframes. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse users. - In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and current trends in design. - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as generative AI and spatial computing. - Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Aha!, etc.). - Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities to convey design concepts effectively.
