Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in Sales, Marketing, or CRM sectors.
- Profound knowledge of Salesforce CRM data structures.
- Strong practical experience with Snowflake and Salesforce Data 360.
- Demonstrated experience in SAFe Agile, including the development of Features/Epics/Stories in Jira.
- Exceptional skills in documentation, facilitation, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level consulting to business teams on process enhancements and platform selection.
- Contribute to the IT strategy of senior leadership by aligning platform functionalities with business objectives.
- Recommend future solutions, long-term tech enhancements, and process improvements.
- Lead functional and technical assessments of SalesPage, SalesVision, and similar platforms.
- Establish evaluation criteria for usability, scalability, reporting, and data model adaptability.
- Conduct vendor due diligence, including demos, requirements capture, scorecards, and comparison matrices.
- Document existing workflows, data flows, and reporting scenarios.
- Conduct gap analysis between organizational needs and vendor offerings.
- Generate readiness assessments, risk evaluations, cost/benefit analyses, and strategic suggestions.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess integration with Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, Salesforce Data 360, and other enterprise data platforms.
- Map data flows and pinpoint necessary integration points for analytics and reporting.
- Transform analysis results into Epics, Features, and Stories in Jira.
- Work within a SAFe Agile framework; collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Present findings to Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst for our Hybrid location in Charlotte, Chicago, or Iselin. This role is critical as it focuses on evaluating and selecting a next-generation Distribution Intelligence platform for our Sales & Marketing teams. The position requires both strategic and hands-on participation, working closely with senior leadership while engaging in detailed business and technical analysis.
