Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Manual Tester
- Proficient in designing and executing test cases
- Hands-on experience testing Certinia (FinancialForce) modules, particularly PSA (Professional Services Automation) and ERP/Finance (preferred)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Client ALM)
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
- ISTQB/ISEB Certification (or equivalent) is beneficial
- Knowledge of Salesforce Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Katalon) is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed manual test plans and cases based on business needs and functional specifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Conduct various testing types including functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track software issues using bug tracking software
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and share feedback on testing outcomes
- Analyze test outcomes and deliver clear reports to the project team
- Actively participate in agile meetings such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Create and manage test data to facilitate testing efforts
- Conduct regression testing following bug fixes and Salesforce updates to ensure system reliability
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing practices and strategies
- Provide mentorship and support to junior testers as required
- Execute sanity checks on test environments to verify proper configuration for testing
- Use SOQL and SOSL queries for data validation and verification
- Assist in preparing user manuals and training documentation
