Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12-18 years of overall IT experience with at least 9 years in hands-on architecting and solution development in Salesforce
- Experience with at least 3 Health Cloud implementation projects, each lasting a minimum of 6 months
- Proven background in the healthcare domain, particularly within the payer or insurance sectors
- Expertise in Omnistudio, LWC, and large-scale system integrations
- Significant experience in implementing Experience Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with working in the USA and daily coordination between onsite and offshore teams
- Strong practical experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning coding, along with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization skills, including reports and dashboards
- This role will entail substantial architecting responsibilities alongside hands-on coding tasks
- Must possess Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2) and at least 2 architect-stream certifications
- Preferred certifications include Advanced Admin (ADM301), Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), and Omnistudio Consultant
- Desirable experience includes working on large Salesforce implementations with over 10,000 users and entailing technical solutioning
- Knowledge of the Lightning version, including experience with the Aura framework and creating Lightning components/LWC
- Thorough understanding of Health Cloud data models and external objects
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and interoperability standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR
- Experience with integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with various external management platforms is a plus
- Engagement in evaluating products in the healthcare payer and provider domains
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, SOQL, and JavaScript
- Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on Salesforce Data Modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to devise multiple solutions to problems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices and limitations inherent in Apex coding
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems utilizing SOAP/REST Services
- Familiarity with web services standards, including SOAP, WSDL, REST, and API client architecture, specifically with Bulk API and Metadata API
- Understanding of workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards implementation
- Experience using Apex Data Loader and ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft
- Essential database development skills including SQL, PL/SQL, database schemas, and stored procedures
- Adherence to unit testing and test class best practices for coding in both positive and negative scenarios
- Practical experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tools and resolving deployment errors
- Bonus skills include knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, web services, Google APIs, and object-oriented programming in J2EE or .Net platforms
- Additional experience in Salesforce mobile development using Salesforce1 or vfmobile, and familiarity with Heroku and analytics tools such as Einstein.

- Lead the development team in executing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning-based implementations
- Ensure successful execution of Health Cloud projects by managing timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with client teams in the USA to address requirements and streamline processes
- Coordinate communication between onsite and offshore teams to enhance project flow
- Evaluate configuration versus coding options to optimize project outcomes
- Conduct hands-on coding tasks alongside oversight of overall architecture functions
- Engage with healthcare domain processes to tailor solutions effectively
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and project specifications
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementations and deployments
- Facilitate discussions with enterprise architecture teams regarding data modeling and integration strategies
- Use various APIs for integration and external system communication
- Deliver training and support to users as needed to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
- Remain current with Salesforce updates and enhancements to leverage new features and capabilities.
