Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a related field
- Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Proficiency in business process systems (e.g., Microsoft or Google applications)
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime and weekends
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve quality deficiencies within essential Quality systems, including Product Conformance, Raw Material & Product Traceability, Receiving, Storage, & Handling, Non-Conformance SAP system, and Internal/External Audits.
- Carry out daily product disposition and release, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and track the product hold process actively.
- Conduct thorough daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of the quarantine area for all quality/food safety holds related to finished products and raw materials, which may include inspecting storage trailers and maintaining necessary documentation.
- Manage daily operations including SAP functions, retrieval of paperwork, and communications with corporate and distribution centers.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations to support various departments and operational areas.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and other Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EOHS) requirements.
- Execute additional tasks as needed.
