Principal Product Designer - UX/UI Focus

- Bachelors degree in visual communication/design, interactive design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Over 5 years of experience as a UX creative professional in large or complex organizations - Proficiency in collaborating with engineers from concept through execution in an agile environment - Strong ability to work effectively across various disciplines, product lines, and time zones - Knowledge of and experience with unmoderated and moderated remote testing tools - Expertise in responsive, adaptive, and accessible design - Experience in designing mobile applications (iOS and Android), desktop applications, and web solutions - Masters degree in human-computer interaction, human factors engineering, computer science, visual design, library sciences, or similar fields is preferred - A decade or more as a UX creative professional in large enterprises is a plus - Familiarity with enterprise design systems is advantageous - Advocacy for enhancing user experiences and addressing customer needs to drive business value - Expert in design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC) - Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend languages - Knowledge of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance, localization, and inclusive design principles - Proven organizational skills with the ability to effectively label, categorize, and develop flows and wireframes for complex applications - Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders - Knowledge of contemporary design trends for web and applications, alongside user-centered design principles - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as generative AI and spatial computing - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Aha!) for tracking progress and reporting status - Strong storytelling capabilities to clearly articulate design decisions and generate consensus
