Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 4 years in a relevant role
- Experience in developing Power Applications
- Proficient in Power Automate
- Knowledge of Python programming
- Preferred: MBA or similar advanced degree
- Strong grasp of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities
- Both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills for justifying business changes
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying insights to diverse management levels
- Solid project management expertise to steer project teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, or similar applications
- Advanced knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate
Responsibilities
- Create new power applications or enhance existing ones that support complex business needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable low-code solutions that emphasize usability and performance
- Execute Power Automate flows to streamline workflows
- Oversee projects of varying sizes, from small to large
- Enforce Power Platform governance, maintain documentation, ensure security, and apply best practices including environment management and role-based access
