Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS stack
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM
- Strong understanding of network security and compliance
- Experience with incident response and management
- Knowledge of WiFi, SD-WAN, LAN/SDN, and VPN technologies
- Ability to analyze network performance and recommend improvements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead global Network Engineering support initiatives
- Configure and install complex network devices and infrastructure
- Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and execute system upgrades
- Implement service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Monitor network security and risk metrics, addressing issues as needed
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to suggest process improvements
- Analyze current network configuration and business needs for enhancements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about network changes and their impacts
- Maximize operational efficiency through proactive troubleshooting and maintenance
