Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of practical experience in Archer configuration and development.
- Strong knowledge in API development (REST, JSON) and integration capabilities with Archer.
- Expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures and data staging processes.
- Familiarity with workflow design, custom objects, data feeds, and access control features in Archer.
- Understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) areas such as Operational Risk, Issues Management, Compliance, and Audit.
- Proven track record of operating independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for Archer development and integrations, providing architectural direction and hands-on configuration across various solutions.
- Design, execute, and uphold complex Archer use cases and custom applications in the risk, compliance, and audit sectors.
- Create and sustain API integrations between Archer and other systems using RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, and staging strategies.
- Facilitate technical discussions and mentor junior developers and contract personnel.
- Collaborate with business analysts, risk stakeholders, and enterprise technology teams to assure the successful execution of enhancements and projects.
- Support operational activities including production support, defect resolution, and fulfillment of user requests.
- Lead platform upgrade initiatives while ensuring alignment with Archer best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and change management processes during development efforts.
