Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise collaboration tools
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, and Gemini
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet and Lucidchart
- Solid background in the administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of collaboration platforms
- Expertise in designing and implementing change management processes
- Ability to establish and enforce security controls and governance policies
- Experience in scripting and automation with tools like Google Apps Script, Python, and PowerShell
- Skills in leading data migration projects between different collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills to assess emerging technologies and develop strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with IT asset management and optimization of platform licensing
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority and go-to expert for our enterprise collaboration suite
- Manage the daily operations, setup, upkeep, and structure of all primary collaboration systems
- Create and implement global rollout strategies, configuration standards, and change management initiatives
- Ensure security and governance policies are adhered to in conjunction with Information Security and Compliance teams
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline operations and improve service delivery
- Facilitate the integration of collaboration platforms with other enterprise systems for enhanced workflow
- Oversee data migration initiatives among collaboration platforms
- Continuously review and assess new collaboration technologies and trends to improve employee experiences
- Collaborate with IT asset management to maximize licensing efficiency and provide insights for cost and feature management
