Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 10 years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering position.
- Proven proficiency with at least one major cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in a Linux environment.
- Strong skills in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Bash, SQL, Python).
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Tekton, TeamCity).
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Experience with Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure including Virtual Machines, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Develop, maintain, and fine-tune CI/CD pipelines for swift and reliable software releases.
- Participate in and conduct Disaster Recovery Testing for system resilience and uninterrupted business operations.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot intricate issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Automate routine tasks, develop tools, and enhance processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps methodologies and enhance system reliability.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support vital production systems and handle incidents.
