Requirements
Must:

- Strong knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with network connectivity and email configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience with call tracking systems or similar documentation tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Basic understanding of application features and functionalities.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technology-related inquiries through phone, email, or web.
- Accurately record customer requests in the call tracking system.
- Assist with connectivity issues related to networks, emails, and computer systems.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to identify and solve problems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot various technical issues, documenting each step taken.
- Provide support for the functionality and usage of specific applications.
- Deliver Level 1 technical assistance for issues of low to moderate complexity.
- Contribute to the technical knowledge base with new insights and updates.
- Follow established procedures and policies diligently.
- Make informed decisions in alignment with documented protocols.
- Report any procedural problems and propose improvements as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or as needed.
Description
We are seeking an IT Help Desk Agent to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with the potential for extension up to 24 months. This hybrid position allows for 2 days on-site work in either Portsmouth, NH or Plano, TX. Our team values collaboration and a commitment to providing high-quality support to our customers. We offer a structured 3-week training program to ensure you are well-prepared for the role, and the position may require flexibility in shifts based on business needs after training completion.
