Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of five years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support capacity
- Proficiency in creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports
- In-depth understanding of key business processes and standard operational procedures
- Exceptional customer service capabilities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Willingness to work after-hours as necessary
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot assigned ERP modules and related system workflows in collaboration with business partners
- Input data, load files, and generate reports from the ERP system, ensuring the integrity of functional business rules
- Develop and maintain Quick Reference Guides for ERP modules
- Educate users on the development and utilization of Smartview and OTBI reports
- Establish, maintain, and document protocols to ensure the execution of ERP scheduled jobs and processes, including daily resolution of transaction console errors
- Conduct research and assess current functions to enhance processes while ensuring compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with developers and the project team to ensure effective translation of user requirements into project specifications
- Maintain the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System in alignment with established standards
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system-driven upgrades and enhancement projects
- Report to the ERP Functional Manager with matrixed reporting to relevant functional areas
- Provide after-hours support for vendor ERP and related application updates or upgrades
- Participate in project timelines and additional responsibilities as needed
