Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in master data management, preferably within the consumer products sector
- Familiarity with master data and transactional data processes, architecture, hierarchies, relationships, and interdependencies
- Experience with SAP MDG CRUD processes and workflow design and testing
- Knowledge in designing and testing data quality functional rules
- Experience in Fiori UI functional design
- Technical familiarity with data governance tools is an advantage
- Background in master data standardization, cleansing, and harmonization
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Detail-oriented yet able to maintain a big-picture viewpoint
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to question and challenge existing assumptions
- Multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Strong listening skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel by ground and air up to 25%, primarily internationally
Responsibilities
- Prepare data for conversion and migration
- Manage master data cleansing while coordinating with multiple functional teams
- Standardize, harmonize, and localize data requirements
- Participate in SAP S4 master data value mapping and data construction
- Coordinate the requirements, design, and value mapping of cross-workstream data elements
- Create and validate test data
- Investigate and resolve bugs
- Engage in change management and training sessions
- Assist in Master Data Governance using SAP MDG and Profisee
- Gather and document local functional requirements
- Align local requirements with global solutions
- Supervise outsourced testing script development and execution
- Coordinate functional requirements alignment across various platforms
- Generate test master data
- Test the MDG process and tools
- Oversee project cut-over and Hypercare phases
- Manage project tasks using tools like ADO, TargetProcess, Clarity, Jira, and Excel
- Update the status of tasks and provide necessary commentary
- Monitor for new tasks or dependencies and respond accordingly
- Maintain essential documentation including data definitions, field mapping designs, and functional designs
- Assist lead consultants with documentation management
