Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in full stack development with .NET and React.
- Proven experience in SQL Server database design, query optimization, and performance enhancement.
- Proficient in RESTful API design, security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT), and integration methodologies.
- Strong background in EDI (X12/HIPAA) with knowledge of transactions such as 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare provider domain, focusing on credentialing, directory management, contracting, and demographics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of full-stack applications (.NET, React, SQL, APIs) aimed at healthcare providers.
- Design and implement secure and scalable services while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage EDI (X12) integrations, including parsing, validation, mapping, acknowledgment, error handling, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and uphold security and compliance standards following HIPAA and PHI/PII guidelines.
- Ensure quality through unit/integration testing, code evaluations, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Supervise onshore-offshore coordination, guaranteeing smooth transitions, thorough documentation, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures in line with enterprise architecture standards.
- Engage in solution governance, participate in technical reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
