Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in SAP
- Experience with product data management, specifically in SAP (BOMs, Recipes)
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Ability to adhere to instructions accurately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate SAP data to ensure operational efficiency
- Setup and revise product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP
- Create and oversee change requests for new or altered items in SAP
- Verify and correct new product setups from external partners in SAP
- Troubleshoot common SAP issues related to product data
- Transfer product recipes to the production system when necessary
- Enter and update product information in central systems
- Assist in establishing recipes in the Recipe Site system
- Revise packaging details in our Access Anywhere system
- Monitor emails to verify completion of product setups by external teams
- Ensure product formulas align with system and production requirements
- Support basic configurations for product trials and documentation
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on tasks
