Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Experience with data analysis, database maintenance, data cleansing, and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Process cash movements while adhering to strict internal and external deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of client portfolios using both internal and external reconciliation tools.
- Conduct research and perform moderately complex analyses, including managing exceptions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk reduction, and enhancement of the client experience.
- Collaborate with trade support, sales support, and external agents.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with internal partners for client and regulatory reporting.
- Promptly escalate risks and exposures.
- Support ad hoc projects, new processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Independently achieve productivity and quality standards.
Description
We are seeking a Liabilities Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury Operations team in a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office. This is a contract position running from April 1, 2026, to November 6, 2026. Our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless operational delivery for Global Markets activities including sales, trading, and underwriting. The successful candidate will be engaged in managing settlements and ensuring timely processing of payments. We offer a supportive work environment where you will have opportunities to improve processes and client experiences, all while contributing to multiple lines of business.
