Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years in a Business Analyst or comparable position.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and processes.
- Proven background in Broker and Shopper domains.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with system integrations and data flows.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Offer expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows to steer solution design.
- Perform impact analysis and identify gaps between current and future processes.
- Work collaboratively with development, QA, and project teams to ensure precise implementation of requirements.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to convey requirements, risks, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
