Angular full stack developer

- Take ownership of technical delivery, including deployment, optimization, support, and resolution of defects - Develop and sustain intricate components within information systems - Conduct unit testing, address defects, and perform retesting activities - Execute system testing and correct any defects identified during the process - Re-run unit tests to verify outcomes - Provide coaching and mentorship to team members regarding development best practices - Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices for applications - Identify and resolve obstacles hindering delivery commitments - Coordinate and collaborate with architects, team leads, and IT leadership on technical architectural paths - Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues and other challenges - Collaborate with colleagues to review complex change and enhancement proposals - Assess changes and enhancements for their objectives, scope, and effects - Take initiative in development tasks and guide peers toward strategic technical solutions - Document functional and technical requirements and designs - Mentor peers on coding standards, patterns, and strategies - Foster and maintain active relationships with customers to ascertain business requirements - Collaborate with other IT teams during integration efforts - Participate in on-call application support and address application-related issues - Effectively communicate with both technical colleagues and non-technical business stakeholders
